delivery methods and conditions

At Supertech.pl, deliveries are carried out through two channels - courier shipments handled by leading courier companies such as DPD, DHL, FedEx, GLS, FXCouriers, Schenker and UPS. We also offer delivery to InPost Parcel Lockers. Please note that not all shipping warehouses support this delivery method. If you want delivery to a Parcel Locker, only add offers from warehouses that support Parcel Locker delivery to your cart.

Delivery times can be determined based on information on individual product pages, as well as during the order process (cart and order summary). Delivery takes place on business days (excluding public holidays) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed and confirmed by 4:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually arrive the next business day. Important! Delivery time for oversized products may be extended due to longer transport time by the courier company.

If your order contains items from more than one warehouse - delivery costs are added together. In that case, you will receive as many shipments as different shipping warehouses in one order. Delivery costs do not apply when you use a "free shipping" discount code, regardless of the number of source warehouses - delivery will be free.
